At Carter and Kennedi's school they had a company bring in a big pile of snow for the kids to play in. Some of their friends had never played in snow before. Carter kept saying 'this is the best day ever'! and all Kennedi wanted to do was make a snowman.

Kennedi Paige Webb
Cody and Kelsey last year got to go to Disneyland for their birthdays with my mom & I so Mike and I thought that is was Kennedi and Carter's turn! They turned 5 on Sunday so we thought it would be a great birthday gift. The last time they went they were 5 months old so that doesn't really count. We had so much fun! They loved meeting all the characters and the yummy treats. We went all day and they were troopers!! When we were all done we asked them what their favorite thing about Disneyland was? Kennedi loved the fast rides. Her favorites: Mickey's Roller Coaster, Splash Mountain and Thunder Mountain. Carter's favorite part was meeting the princesses. It was great seeing all the Christmas decorations and the weather was beautiful! It really didn't get busy until that night. By the end of the trip Carter & Kennedi were missing Kelsey & Cody. Next time the whole family will go.
Another one of Carter's favorites was Alice in Wonderland.
Kennedi loved getting wet on Splash Mountain!
I have always let my kiddos watch Sponge Bob you can judge me all you want & think I'm a horrible mom but I think Sponge Bob is so funny & just sweet. Just in the last couple of weeks I have noticed Sponge Bob has changed becoming a bit negative & always saying "hate" and "butt". I also noticed Carter using the word hate & butt a lot so I warned Carter that if he kept using naughty words he wouldn't get to watch Sponge Bob anymore. Well Sunday night driving home from Paige & Rex's house he was banned from watching Sponge Bob. Carter was not very happy with me and kept saying why I love Sponge Bob?
When we got home the kids were getting ready for bed I asked Kelsey to go check on Carter. Kelsey came back laughing and said mom Carter wrote a letter to Sponge Bob & Patrick & you have to read it! So, Carter came in and we had him read it to us.
This is how it went...
Dear Sponge Bob & Patrick-
I love you and love watching you. I hope you don't get mad but I can't watch you anymore. My mom said I can't watch you anymore. I'm sorry!

Oh and the picture above has nothing to do with the story, I just like it! Kennedi wanted me to take because she wanted to see how long her hair is getting.
This guy sure makes me laugh but also oh no he's only 4!!! Okay so about a month ago Carter & Cody were in the bath tub goofing around like always. I was getting up to tell them to stop when I heard a huge bang and then screaming. I get in there and there is blood everywhere! Carter had slipped & hit his head on the side of the tub. I was just grateful Mike was there because I'm not good when it comes to blood. Carter just kept saying "what is happening"? "why there blood"? (He hits his big head a lot).
While Mike was driving him to get stitches Carter said " I sure hope my girlfriend doesn't freak out " Leave it up to Carter to be worried about his girlfriend. He was so brave the whole time and only said Ouch a few times. The doctor even kept saying wow he is a really tough boy!
Two weeks later Kelsey is giving Kennedi a piggy back ride & then throws her on the couch. Kennedi hits the corner of the end table & splits her head open. Once again so happy Mike was home. We both took her this time & our sweet new neighbors took the rest of our kiddos. Kennedi was not as brave but she got through it and I was very proud of her.
So, they say things come in threes right? Back to Carter, Last Monday I was doing hair at Paige's when I was done I had asked Paige to put some foils in my hair. while I was waiting for the color to process I realized Kennedi had dance. I quickly grab the kids and yes I still had foils in my hair. Carter had his shoes in his arms & went to get in the van. He slipped & hit his head on the curb! I pick him up once again blood a lot of blood!!! I run him inside & Paige quickly calls Mike. She was so funny to listen to "Mike what do we do"? He just happened to be at the Barnes & Noble down the street & was there in 5 minutes. After everything Carter ended up not getting stitches, it was more smashed then cut. Hopefully we will not be seeing any blood anytime soon!

Sundays are always a very long hard day!
Carter and Kennedi like to get their own breakfast, snack or treat.
I'm really surprised I have not found them hanging from the chandelier!!!
And, I always thought Cody was tough!
Church has been hard. Today I just wanted to push everyone off me & scream.
I love that all my kiddos still love to snuggle but today I was hot and seriously at one point in sacrament meeting all four were laying on me or trying. I had Cody's head in my lap with Kennedi pretty much sitting on his head. Kelsey leaning on my arm & Carter playing horsey with my leg.
No one wanted Dad!!!
Mike is very helpful but some days like today they all wanted me.
My skirt got lifted up 3 times so all could see my pretty underwear.
Kennedi ripped the bow off my cute shoes & Carter yanked a charm right off of my necklace!
Don't even get me started on Sharing Time!
I do have one thing that was good. They love going to class so I got to enjoy the last hour.
I'm sure you are all sick of me whining. I just had to vent!
It's almost bedtime-YEE HAW!
Week 16
My blessing for the week is my sweet Kennedi! All last week she had canker sores all in her mouth. She could hardly eat or talk! We are all happy to have our sweet happy girl back. It was fun just having her at home with me. We got to have some bonding time & she never had to share my time. After the second day I think she would have loved to go back to school. I'm so blessed to have this beautiful girl be my daughter.

These are just a few pictures I took of Carter and Kennedi's birthday party! They had so much fun & became pro's at opening gifts! I love the picture of Kennedi & Sydney. Sydney is like a celebrity in our house, Kennedi talks about her all the time. You can see how much she loves her!!!
Since the twins will be 3 this week, I have been going through a ton of pictures! Thank goodness for pictures it's sad because I can hardly remember anything after I had these two!! I could tell you exactly how I felt, what the weather was like & even what was on tv the day we brought Cody home from the hospital. But, ask me anything about the twins I will not be able to tell you much-it really makes me sad!!!
So back to Memory Lane Monday! Carter and Kennedi were around a month old in this cute picture. I had gone to get a shower and when I got out I couldn't find any of the kids! This is what I found! Cody & Kelsey had moved the babies bouncer seats with Carter & Kennedi in them into their room. They were playing house & had a kitchen table set up and just playing like they were mom & dad to Carter & Kennedi.
I think back at all the stuff we had Cody & Kelsey do. Mike & I would have to remind each other that they were kids too! What a blessing to have such wonderful little helpers & they were so willing.
Carter and Kennedi will be 3 on Thursday! I still can't believe how old my babies are getting. They grow up so fast!! Their first day of preschool will be on Wednesday. Mike's mom loves sending the kiddos fun cards & always puts in stickers & a few dollars. She always sends my kids money for their birthdays since she can't be with them. Thanks Lola they love your exciting cards!
This is the book I have been reading I really have been enjoying it and can't wait to read Sarah's Quilt that is next on my list! I'm off today in search of dresses for my girl's for Christmas pictures. Hope everyone has a fun Friday! Tonight Mountain View plays Gilbert with couch Parker, I can't wait to see how they do. The other night while I was doing hair Mike was able to capture this moment of the twins! He said they just started changing each others diapers all on their own and Kelsey noticed it & let Mike know. I love that Carter still has his sippy cup under his arm! He will carry it around even when it's empty. I guess you could say it's his buddy!!! The next part is my favorite. I love this one of them giving each other hugs! They really do love each other. Every night when I remember I have to put medicine on some sores on Kennedi's face. Tonight Mike was holding her down so I could do it without a mess. Carter got right in Mike's face and said "I love her!" and he kept saying it over & over until we stopped. He hates to see her sad! That was his first sentence and what a sweet one it was!
