Yesterday was a good and

a sad day for Cody!

Of course getting baptized was very exciting for Cody. He was very happy and also a little nervous. He asked me that morning while we were getting ready "what if I have to do it twice?"
I said oh, if that happens then you will have a fun story to tell about how you got dunked twice!!! I also let him know Aunt Paige was lucky and got two go twice. Cody's grandma Pam aka Frammy spoke on the Holy Ghost and did a great job thank you, it meant a lot to Cody. The twins were horrible especially Carter I didn't get to sit down more then 5 minutes with him. During the talks I told him if he ran off again he would get soap. I knew he had no idea what that meant so I grab him seconds after just telling him that & headed for the bathroom! I gave him soap trying to explain why, and guess what he loved it and signed MORE & even said yum! I just about died, what would I do soap was always a great threat with Cody & Kelsey. Afterwards a big group of us went to eat and I made sure I sat on the other end of the table far away from Carter-I needed a break!!! Thank you to all the family who came to support us it was a good day.
But, there was one sad thing that happened Cody's best friend Landon moved. The minute we got home he was changed and heading down to his house. They played until 9p.m. and finally had to say their goodbyes! We have promised that we will stop and visit next time we are visiting family in Utah. Landon's family had a garage sale the weekend before and his mom said he could sell his old bike. Landon said no I want to give it to Cody, so he cleaned it up and gave it to him. He is such a sweet boy! When I was tucking Cody in bed just talking to him about Landon he was holding back the tears.

It'S GrEat To bE 8!!!

Sorry I have been a bad blogger! We have been so busy this weekend. Our sweet Kelsey was baptized on Saturday morning. Kelsey was so excited and just a little bit nervous. We had a lot of family come to support us and thank you everyone who came. Kelsey could feel the love from everyone, a few of my friends who were there from our ward kept teasing because our whole family took so many pictures. My grandpa had my camera so a lot turned out a little blurry! After Kelsey was baptized I asked her if she was happy it was over? She said NO I never want this day to end. It is the happiest day of my life!! I can't believe our baby is 8!!
After we went to lunch with a bunch of the family, it was a very fun morning and afternoon. When we got home the kiddos headed off to go swimming at their friends houses. I got ready for Claudia's baby shower at Pam's. The shower was lots of fun and she got a ton of fun and practical things. I can't wait to see the little guy.
Then I rushed off to pick the sitter up,pick up Mike and head to a birthday dinner for a friend of ours. We had a great time!
