For week one my blessing is:
Maplewood ward
I was planning on something else until I went to church today. Every fast and testimony meeting I'm blown away by the youth in our ward. Can I just say how amazing they all are!!! I wish everyone could sit and listen to them speak. I also feel so blessed that my children have them as great examples. This month we had a Mia Maid get up and quote scriptures. She also talked about how she was not going to have soda or a bad movie stop her from getting to the highest kingdom in heaven. The month before we had a boy tell us about bad influences at work. And, what he does to keep his mind clean. We moved three years ago from a great ward & I was sad to leave all my friends but I quickly found how great Maplewood ward was. So this week my blessing has to be the youth in our wonderful ward. I just read this and had to share. I so love reading her blog and would love to meet her!Maplewood ward

We had an amazing testimony meeting yesterday too! It is so great to have a ward that you love.
that makes me feel so much better. i loved where i was and all the friends around me but after reading that it makes me excited to get to know the people in my ward and neighborhood. a good ward truly is a wonderful blessing
You really are blessed. I was part of a ward that was bare of youth forever. In fact, they ended up dissolving our ward in order to help with the youth situation. We are now part of a much larger ward with an abundance of youth. The church is a wonderful thing, and it is so nice that we can lean on each other and learn from others examples.
A good ward makes all the difference. I've been blessed to live in really good wards my whole life. And I clicked on that link to read that other blog. That's what I'm loving about blogging and blog hopping. Reading others stories and testimonies thru hardships and good times. It's nice to know the church is the same everywhere, to hear such faith promoting stories, and finding people that you can relate to.

It is great to have a good ward. We have been lucky and most of ours have been good experiences.
