The picture below of Carter standing next to the huge Superman was taken in Utah. We had just met up with friends for lunch at The Spaghetti Factory in Salt Lake City. It was in a mall & when we were walking out Carter spotted it at some store, I really didn't pay attention.

She was the only one that got it right. I did go to Alaska with Mike but as Julie said I did not go fishing. I would drop Mike off for his day of fishing and I would go shopping!

The question game

I found this on someones blog and really liked the questions. It's kinda long so if you don't read it all I understand. If you want to play along I would love it, I love learning new things about friends.

1. When was the last time you ran? a month ago with Paige, we were at the gym.

2. Do your jeans have rips, tears and holes in them? yes, at the bottom where they drag sometimes and I have a few pairs with rips in the legs.
3. Do you get the full 8 hours of sleep a night? no, I stay up to late and I get up early. But I do love nap time!!
4. If you had someone "stop by" without you knowing what would your house look like? a few dishes in the sink and toys on the floor. And, if it was Monday laundry on the couch.
5. Do you eat raw cookie dough? yes
6. Have you ever kicked a vending machine? yes, the one at beauty school would get stuck so we would shack and kick that thing all the time!
7.How do you eat an Oreo? dip it in milk
8. Have you ever stayed online for a very long time waiting for someone? no
9. Could you live without a computer? no, but before blogging I think I could have.
10. Do you wear shoes in the house? no, as soon as i'm home i take them off. not because that's my rule it's just because i love the feel.
11. At what age did you find out Santa wasn't real? i think 3rd or 4th grade, Hollander twins broke the news.
12. How many phones, house and cell phones are in your house? we have 3 phones that are land lines, Mike has a line for work and we both have cell phones.
13. Who would you call first if you won the lottery? Mike or Paige
14. Last time you saw your best friend? Yesterday, Paige, Cara, Mindy and I took the kiddos to the pool
15. What jewelry are you wearing right now? wedding ring, fun blue ring and black earrings
16. What is the first thing you do when you get on-line? check blog comments
17. Do you watch 'Grey's Anatomy'?yes, love that show!
18. How do most people spell your name? my name is pretty easy if they do spell it wrong it's just leaving the e off. when my last name was Sirrine they spelled it so crazy!!
19. When was the last time you left your house? around 4:30 this afternoon
20. Do you return your shopping cart? i try to if i don't put it back i try to put it in a good spot.
21. What noise do you hear right now? carter kicking the wall in his room, he doesn't want to go to bed.
22. Who is the youngest in your family? steven- who was my littlte baby, i remember running home from school so i could hold him. and he is still the sweetest thing, i always get a hug from him.
23. Who does the dishes at your house? Kelsey and I, Mike likes to act like he does and even has suggestions but it's us girls who do them!
24. If all of your friends were going on a road trip, who would be most likely to over pack? Emily on both of these.
And, who would most likely be driving? Emily or Reilly
25.Do your siblings ever pay for stuff for you?yes, i have great sisters!
26. Do you know anyone with the same name as you?yes, my sister in law- there use to be two Brooke Sirrine's.
27. When was the last time you cleaned your toilets? Last Saturday
28. Do you watch movies with your parents? yes, it's been a long time
29. Do you get your hair cut every month?heck no i don't think i even get one every 3 months. i'm lucky if i can get one of the sisters to put a few foils in my hair.
30. What was the last thing you purchased? laundry baskets, the young women are putting missionary care packages together and needed us to donate what we could.
