Cody had his first pinewood derby for boy scouts. He had a blast! Mike and him worked very hard and Cody did almost all the work himself. He drew out how he wanted his to look. He was very concerned about how it looked & he was very happy with it in the end. He named his car double stuffed & he placed 1st in his pack. Which wasn't to hard since it's him and one other boy but, he was thrilled and had no idea! Thanks Mom and Pam for coming and supporting Cody!

That's a good looking car! Pinewood Derby is always so much fun! Our best Elder's Quorum party ever was a Pinewood Derby...We cut, painted, assembled, and raced cars(as couples)...all in the same night!

good for him!! how fun to be able to make the car how he wanted AND to win! a couple of years ago our ward did a pinewood derby and i painted my car with orange nail polish. lol. it was the general lee. so fun.
That is aswesome that even though there aren't a lot of boys, they still had the pinewood derby for them. Way to go Cody!
