I read this on someones blog and had to share.
Wonder what would happen if we treated our Book of Mormon like we treat our cell phones?
What if we carried it around in our purse or pocket?
What if we turned back to get it if we forgot it?
What if we flipped through it several times a day?
What if we spent an hour or more using it everyday?
What if we used it to receive messages from the text?
What if we treated it like we couldn't live without it?
What if we gave it to our kids as gifts?
What if we used it as we traveled?
What if we used it in case of an emergency?
Where is your Book of Mormon?
Unlike our cell phones:
One plan fits all.
Unlimited usage. No roaming fees.
You always have reception.
You don't have to buy batteries.
No weak signals AND
We don't ever have to worry about our Book of Mormon being disconnected because our Savior already paid the bill!
So, here is the question for the day-
Have you used your cell phone today? Have you read your scriptures yet?
I loved this and just wanted to share it with everyone. I have had days where I have forgot my phone or have not charged it and felt lost without it. I know reading the word of God helps me everyday.

I just came in from reading my scriptures and saw your blog. That was wonderful! In ward conference our Stake Pres. said do first things first. Read your scriptures before you read anything else and prayer before your talk to anyone. Thanks for the great reminder today.
